Rules

There are no restrictions regarding who can enter the contest; if you are reading this then chances are you could enter. No need to ask permission first.
You may create whatever type of graphical artwork you'd like; digitally created, traditionally created, 2D, 3D, comics, pixel-art... It's up to you.
You may submit several individual entries if pleased, but you can only win a maximum of one prize.
Submitted artwork must be of your own creation, and be created specifically for this contest.

It's okay to collaborate with other people to make a single entry.

It is possible to change any character's clothes into something else if you'd like to try.
Mature-rating depictions of any sort are OK.

How to enter

Draw one or several of my (or a friend's) OC's. Just one of them, or two of them together, a trio, all of them... it's up to you.

The following characters are mine, and possible to make an entry with (click the names to see reference pictures!):

Outdoorsy, conceited, courageous. Weak to cute things.

Naïve, noisy, friendly. Wants to be friends with everybody.

Gladys (Pokémon gijinka, shiny Glaceon)

Formal, clumsy, hardworking. Seeks affection and approval.

Serene, flirtatious, shrewd. Enjoys being the center of attention.

Impish, manipulative, deceitful. Her hair has a life of its own.

Unnamed Pokémon gijinka, Duskull

Humorous, possessive, illogical. Loves dark comedy.

Unnamed Pokémon gijinka, Jumpluff

Sleepy, sensitive, softhearted. Very irritable without adequate sleep.

Energetic, competitive, compassionate. Aspires to become the best at something.

Hot-headed, fussy, self-righteous. Likes setting people's stuff on fire.

Clingy, dark, simple. Follows random people for fun.

Submit the finished work to dA, making sure to tag/mention me to make sure I'll notice it.

If you'd rather keep it my-eyes-only for some reason, send it via note or something.

Monetary prizes will be paid through Paypal unless asked otherwise, and I will cover the relevant fees myself. They can also be converted to points if that is preferable for the winners.

If anyone wants to contribute with additional prizes of some sort by any chance, let me know! It is heartily appreciated, and you are still welcome to participate in the contest yourself~

Point raffle
Whether you aren't confident enough with your drawing skills or you'd just like to increase your chances at winning -something-, you can try entering this raffle.
You can do this even if you're already participating in the art contest.
Simply share this contest journal with your watchers (by embedding/linking to it in a journal or a poll) and comment here with a link.
One entry per person. Each person commenting with a valid link receives a number, and at the end of the contest numbers will be drawn by means of a random number generator to decide the lucky winners.
The 1st winner will receive 2000 points. There will also be two additional winners pulled who will receive 500 points each. Even if you don't win any of that, you may still get a drawing done by SeryRas (female character preferred) - just for participating!
Of course, if you would like to help out by sharing this without entering the raffle, there's nothing stopping that either - you have my gratitude.

Deadline

Entries for both the art contest and the raffle will be accepted until July 7th, 8:00 PM (GMT+2). See a countdown here.

This feels a bit bare bones-y of a contest journal as of yet, I've probably forgotten some key points. So naturally, if you have questions or would like me to elaborate on certain points, feel free to barrage me with 'em and then I might update this accordingly.
